03: HOA LU - TAM COC

Hoa Lu-
As only three hours from Hanoi, the "Halong Bay inland " will offer
you a spectacular limestone scenery. Beyond
its beautiful landscapes, Hoa Lu has a wealthy history since it was
the capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and early Le dynasties.
(968-1010 AD).
 AM: Depart to Ninh Binh, enjoying the rural scenery
along the road. Visit Hoa Lu Old Citadel. Lunch at
Restaurant.
PM: Take the rowing boat along the tiny canal among
the rice field to visit Tam Coc (Three Grottoes). Visit Linh Van
Village Where the skill of hand chiseling granite rock, some
weighing as much as 1200 kg. Back to
Hanoi.
